All registrants MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER

We are not able to register anyone under the age of 18. This applies to all show participants Exhibitors, Talent, Advertisers, Sponsors, Guests and Attendees. This is a zero tolerance policy.

EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

No one will be admitted into any area of the Conversion Club Event without a badge and wristband.
Badges and wristbands are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Pick up badges and wristbands onsite. Valid ID is required.
Only attendees 18 years of age or older with valid identification will be admitted to Conversion Club Event.
Only attendees 18 years of age or older with valid identification will be served alcoholic beverages.
Video recording of seminars and workshops is not allowed without express permission from Conversion Club Event.
Still photography is allowed during the Conversion Club Event.
Attendees give full consent to the Conversion Club Event, the venue hotel, and Event Sponsors to copyright and publish any and all photographs, videos and/or film in which he/she appears in while attending the Conversion Club Event.
Attendees agree and understand that the Conversion Club Event, it's staff, the venue hotel and the Event Sponsors are not responsible for any damages, actions, claims, costs or other expenses including, but not limited to personal injury, wrongful death or property damage suffered by any attendee during the course Conversion Club Event or for any claims, actions, damages or expenses arising out of any transaction or occurrence that takes place in a private room or between private parties attending the Conversion Club Event.
Conversion Club Event reserves the right to deny access or entry to the Conversion Club Event or any related events at any time and for any reason.

Any reproduction, demonstration, transmission, rental and/or loan of the website or parts thereof are prohibited without consent.

DISCLAIMER

We reserve the right to change the content of the website; to expand or delete content and either temporarily or permanently to shut down the website. Owner of all content usage and digital image rights is Conversion Club Event.

We take no responsibility for the information contained within our website in terms of timeliness, accuracy, correctness or completeness, and accept no liability for damages that may arise from the use of our website.

We have no influence whatsoever over the content or set-up of websites from other providers which can be reached via links within our website. We expressly disassociate ourselves from any content and set-up arising from linked websites including all subsequent links/web pages and accept absolutely no liability for them. The content of third-party websites is not part of our remit or service.

Logos, that would be printed on the badge of the diamond delegate should be provided to Conversion Conf team before 17.04.2023. If our manager didn't reach you by email - please send an email contact@conversion-club.com. In another case, the badge of the diamond delegate would be printed without the logo.

INTERNET BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Scope
These online booking terms of Conversion Club Event are valid for the online sale of tickets. They complete the terms and conditions of Conversion Club Event
Order

2.1 The order of tickets is provided by CommerceGate. CommerceGate is our authorized sales agent

2.2 The order of tickets is completed with termination of the order dialogue on the website https://www.conversion-conf.com/. The order dialogue will be terminated by clicking the button "complete your order".

2.3 If we don't receive sufficient approval, authorization or verification of a credit card, you can't order with a credit card.

2.4 Conversion Club Event confirms immediately the receipt of the order.

Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded within the acceptance of the order by Conversion Club Event. The acceptance takes place within the transmission of the entrance ticket confirmation as a document via Mail to the given E-mails address.
Payment procedures

4.1 You can pay by credit card. CommerceGate accepts the following credit cards: Master Card, VISA, UnionPay, JCB, Maestro.

4.2 To pay by credit card you have to enter the credit card number, CVV, and the expiration date in the booking engine.

Prices, discounts

5.1 The prices of online tickets are final prices incl. VAT

5.2 There are no costs for booking and shipping.

5.3 Special activities (for example online discounts) are already included in the given price.

Refund Policy

6.1 Conversion Club Event (hereinafter referred to as the – “Event”) will take place in accordance with the schedule .
Event registration deadline is 24 hours before the event. Event registration for free tickets closes 72 hours before the event. If you are not able to attend the Event, you can transfer your ticket to another attendee . You need to provide your real name and surname for the ticket - in another case Conversion Club Event team have rights to refuse your entering to the conference hall.

6.2 Requests to refund the payment amount, ticket transfer or deposit payment shall be made via email contact@conversion-club.com of the Event Organizers.

6.3 Refund of payment amount will:
- not be processed if the ticket was purchased less than 30 calendar days before the Event

- be processed in amount of 100% of the paid amount if the ticket was purchased more than 30 calendar days before the Event

6.4 The request for a deposit shall be sent in the order, set in the paragraph 2 of this Refund Policy, no later than 30 calendar days before the Event will take place.

6.5 The Organizer is not responsible for the proper fulfillment of this Refund Policy in case of the force majeure circumstances.

6.6 Tickets for the Event cannot be exchanged for other tickets; only cancellations for a refund are permitted. Requests for cancellation and refund must be made at least 30 calendar days before the event. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. To request a cancellation and refund, contact our customer support team before the 30-day deadline. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made within 30 days of the event. Additional fees, such as processing fees, are non-refundable. Conversion Conf reserves the right to update this policy without prior notice.

6.7 Free tickets provided by the Event organizers for the Conversion Conf 2024 event are strictly non-transferable and cannot be resold to any third party. Any attempt to transfer or resell free tickets will result in the immediate cancellation of the ticket. The Event organizers reserve the right to cancel any free ticket that has been transferred or resold without prior authorization. This policy is in place to ensure fair access to all attendees and to prevent unauthorized individuals from attending the event. Attendees are reminded to adhere to this policy and to only use their free ticket for personal attendance at the Conversion Conf 2024 event. Any questions or concerns regarding this policy can be directed to the Event organizers for clarification. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Privacy Policy
Conversion Club Event is a public venue (show) which is held for promoting and networking purposes. All data handled by Conversion Club Event Organizer is provided by show participants who are subject to this privacy policy presented hereunder.
Show participants are natural persons who participate in the said public venue (show). In order to provide participants services of organizing a public venue (show) the Organizer collects and processes necessary information, some of which may include personal data. This information is: Name, Last name, phone number, e-mail address. The Organizer will use this information as business contact information for making badges and/or wristbands which will be worn or used for promotion and/or networking purposes.
Every show participant who wishes to obtain above-mentioned services will give his approval for processing that information. And the Organizer undertakes to process it only for the purpose of organization of the said public venue (show) and to protect it as private and sensitive information and not disclose it to any other third parties prior to the date of the said public venue (show).
Show participants make the said information publicly available through disclosure of the said information at the said public venue (show) by own will and consent at own discretion, understanding that this action of making this information publicly available pursues the purpose of promoting and networking and that during the said public venue (show) subsequently the said information provided by the respective show participant may be publicly accessible and no longer be private.
In case a show participant chooses to cancel participation in the said public venue (show) the provided information will be deleted and/or destroyed. If a show participant chooses to retract his approval for using the said information the Organizer will delete and/or destroy the provided information, but will not be able to provide full scope of organizational services, which include making badges and/or wristbands. The rest of the services will be rendered as usual.
This website is not used for processing of personal data nor any other data. The Organizer does not undertake to process or store personal data of any natural persons without prior consent and for the purpose outside of promoting and networking business scope.
Data handling on this website https://www.conversion-conf.com/ collects and saves automatically Log files information on your server that are transmitted to us via your browser. These are: • Browser type -version • used operating system • Referrer URL (that site that was visited before) • Hostname of the PC (IP Address) • Time of server request. To avoid misuse, the IP Address and time are saved within the ordering process. All other page visits on https://www.conversion-conf.com/ cannot be assigned to certain persons and are deleted after a statistical analysis. A consolidation of these data sources is not anticipated.
Use of Google Analytics This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in Europe and/or the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. 8. If the customer is a merchant, body corporate organized under public law, or special fund under public law, so is exclusive jurisdiction and place of fulfilment for all claims that result directly or indirectly out of the contractual relationship.

9.The application process for free tickets closes 2 days before the conference day, upgrades and ticket name changes are not available from 04/17/2023.

If the ticket was purchased 1 day before event, Conversion Club Event reserves the right to issue delegate's bracelet without a badge.

10. Logo of specific type for the tickets that includes logo of the delegate should be send to contact@conversion-club.com 72 hours before the Conversion Club Event. In case if logo wasn't send - badge would be printed without the logo.

12. Position regarding measures on the territory of UAE.

In accordance with Ukrainian legislation and with the aim of ensuring the safety of all participants, the following provisions apply to all events held in Kyiv:

• Participants' Responsibility
Participants must be aware of the risks associated with being in open spaces or in unprotected locations during an air alert.
• Information and Evacuation Procedures
The organizer is obliged to inform event participants about evacuation procedures and the nearest shelters at the beginning of each event. However, the organizer is not responsible for participants who violate evacuation instructions during an air alert.
• Waiver of Claims
Participants who choose to remain at the event venue during an air alert automatically waive any claims against the organizer for possible injuries, damages, or losses that may result from such a decision.
• Confirmation of Understanding
During event registration, participants are required to confirm their understanding and agreement with these provisions.
• In turn, organizers undertake to notify about the air alert accordingly before it begins.

Booth artwork and promotional material must be free from any hint of gambling, casino and betting products or services.
Language that encourages or suggests betting activity may not be used, including but not limited to the words “sweepstakes”, “bet/betting”, “wager”, “jackpot”, “casino” and “gambling”.
Images such as poker chips, roulette wheels and playing cards are also not permitted. Exhibitor shall not use any materials that advertise, mention, or encourage gambling, number games, cash lotteries, a telebingo game, cylinder games, card games, a cash bingo game, a raffle bingo game, raffle lotteries, promotional lotteries, audiotele lotteries, cylindrical games, dice games, mutual betting and slot machine games.
Exhibitor undertakes not to inform, mention, or advertise in any way any sponsorship of gambling, cylindrical games, card games, dice games, accepting mutual betting and slot machine games, and other types specified above.
No wiring, installation of spotlights or other electrical work shall be done except by the electrical contractor authorized by Conversikn Conf Management.
Images, logos or graphics containing any references to the restricted or prohibited content shall not be permitted and must be removed or changed immediately on request of Conversion Conf.
Any kind of affiliation for gambling, betting and casino for Poland are prohibited for delegates and exhibitors.
